Meet the Cast
Allison is an award-winning performer, director, and arts educator and is honored to return to the Masquers stage. A Bay Area native, Allison trained in acting, directing and dance at the American Conservatory Theater, Berkeley Repertory Theatre, and South Coast Repertory. She has performed with numerous companies along the California coast, including SF Shakespeare, Studio A.C.T., South Coast Repertory, and Coastal Repertory. Recently, she was seen as Pattie in Kimberly Akimbo at Altarena Playhouse and as Bev/Kathy in Masquers' production of Clybourne Park. Allison is the Visual and Performing Arts Coordinator at the San Mateo County Office of Education and a Musical Theatre Director within A.C.T.'s Young Conservatory. Allison would like to thank her family and Jordan.
Todd was first cast in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest at The Acting Company in Yuba City. During his time there, he had leading roles in Enchanted April, Twelve Angry Men and Barefoot in the Park. He then moved down to the Sacramento area and joined the Theater One Acting Company. Todd was cast as Felix in The Odd Couple and earned an Elly certificate for the leading roll in Theater One's original production of Special Request. As a playwright, was honored to be chosen by Sacramento Theater Company's New Works Play Festival for his play After the Melting Pot. While playing the drums, Todd had the great privilege to open shows for Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson; just to name a few. “Today, I've moved from behind the drums, to out front, singing my songs that reflex on the human experience.” (www.toddduda.com)
Katharine is thrilled to be returning to Masquers for God of Carnage, working with this talented team of artists. She was last seen playing Caroline Bingley/ Amy March in You on the Moors Now. One of Katharine's favorite roles is that of mother, which gives her much to draw on for this play. Katharine received her B.F.A. training at NYU Tisch School of the Arts, where she studied at the Stella Adler Conservatory, the Classical Studio and the Experimental Theatre Wing. After college, she completed a yearlong acting apprenticeship with the Lecoq based Theatre de la Jeune Lune in Minneapolis, her hometown. Her move to the Bay Area in 2006 was prompted by completing her Yoga Certification at the Laughing Lotus NYC and the opportunity to help open a new yoga center in SF. She still shares yoga with a wonderful community at Gaia Yoga in Marina Bay, Richmond!
Tony is delighted to be appearing in his second Masquers Playhouse show following their 2022 production of Compared to What? by Judith Offer. He was most recently seen as Jud Fry in Stapleton Theater Company's Spring production of Oklahoma!, as well as North Bay Theatrics' The Sound of Music as Herr Zeller. Tony is based in Marin County.
