Turn trash into cash! Participate in the townwide event everyone loves!
Four ways to participate:
1. Hold your own garage sale.
Sign up here! You will be a bona fide vendor, with your location on the official garage sale map.
If you’re old school, grab a form from in front of the theater, fill it out, and drop it off with the friendly folks at Santa Fe Market or in the Masquers mail slot. A packet with the map and a flag for you to display will be delivered to you. Either way, the sign-up deadline is May 20. At the end of the sale day, drop off 10% of your proceeds at the Masquers Playhouse, 105 Park Place, and bask in our grattitude.
2. Donate your stuff.
Bring donations to the Masquers Warehouse, 101 W Nevin Ave., Richmond (cross street is “B”).
Saturdays and Sundays, May 4 through May 25th, 10:30AM – 3PM. Please no furniture that can’t be picked up with one hand, clothes, electronics, or exercise equipment. We will accept small appliances such as hair dryers, kitchen appliances, and power tools.
3. If you’re a business, stay open!
Cater to people in a summer spending mood. Please register so we can include your business on the official map. At the end of the day, drop of 10% of your proceeds to Masquers Playhouse, 105 Park Place, and bask in our grattitude.
4. Shop!
The Masquers Garage Sale is a grassroots Point Richmond tradition and a destination event. Food, music, and a beginning-of-summer vibe are part of the experience. Come early for the goods, stay for the fun!
NO OUTSIDE VENDORS, PLEASE! You must live or own a business in Point Richmond to participate. This garage sale is by and for the community!

The Point Richmond Memorial Day Garage Sale is an annual event organized by Masquers Playhouse, an all-volunteer, non-profit theater which provides creative outlets, audience participation and involvement, and seeks to foster a strong community identity.
